                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   WILMA JEAN BRYSON, RELATIVE TO THE GUNBARREL
                   ROAD WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT NO. 6, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF FIVE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                   FORTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($5,544.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Wilma
       Jean Bryson, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening Project,
       Tract No. 6, for a consideration of $5,544.00.
